योग एक सुंदर साधना (कविता)

प्रकृति का संचार है योग,

मन को वश में करता योग।

योग की साधना पर चल कर,

शरीर हो जाता बिल्कुल निरोग।

गरीब,अमीर में भेद न करता,

करता प्रेरित इसका उपयोग,।

है कठिन मगर असंभव नहीं,

अपनाते इसे हर आयु के लोग।

योग है एक सुंदर साधना,

स्वाँस और मन के एकाग्रिता की।

प्रकाशित करती तन की काया,

एक तरंग उठती जब चेतना की।

आओ इस योग दिवस पर,

कुछ योग आसन अपनायें।

सुप्तावास्ता मैं पड़ी काया को,

फिर से ऊर्जावान बनायें।
